Call your insurance company and ask about your mental health benefits to inform yourself about any deductible or co-pay on your plan.

If I am out of network with your insurance company or you choose not to use your insurance, I am happy to provide you with a Superbill which you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your plan's mental health benefits and deductible.

Good Faith Estimates/ 'No Surprises' Act

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, as of Jan 1, 2022, health care providers and health care facilities are required to provide a good faith estimate of expected charges for items and services to individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage.

If you are uninsured or electing not to use any insurance to cover any portion of your care (whether in network or out of network), you are legally entitled to a 'good faith estimate' when initially seeking treatment or upon request.

We offer limited sliding scale slots based on financial need using the Green Bottle Method, an economic justice tool developed by Alexis J. Cunningfolk that considers an individual’s personal financial experience in setting rates. Self-pay clients experiencing financial barriers to accessing treatment are encouraged to ask about the sliding scale.
